  • Discount codes and promotional offers must be applied at the time of checkout before your order is completed. We are unable to retrospectively apply discount codes or adjust the price of an order once it has been placed, except at our sole discretion.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that any product purchased from ApexDrive is:

ApexDrive accepts no liability for:

  • Damage to your vehicle or property caused by the misuse, incorrect installation, or unsafe use of any product purchased from us.
  • Personal injury arising from the improper use or installation of any product.
  • Consequential or indirect losses resulting from the use of our products, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

7. Returns & Refunds

Our returns and refunds process is governed by our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service and should be read alongside them. Your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law — including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 — are not affected by anything in these terms or our Refund Policy.
